Wendell & Wild, a stop-motion animated comedy directed by Henry Selick and written by Jordan Peele, will premiere on Netflix on October 28—just in time for Halloween—and Netflix has just released a teaser trailer and pictures from the film.
Wendell and Wild, two clever demon brothers (played by Keegan-Michael Key and Peele), seek the help of Kat Elliot, a tough teen carrying a lot of guilt, to summon them to the Land of the Living in the scene told in the movie. However, what Kat asks for in return sets off a gloriously weird and comic adventure unlike any other, an animated fantasy that defies the law of life and death, all of which is presented using the handcrafted artistry of stop-motion.
