Original story (published on March 14, 2022) follows:
If you are into tactical online multiplayer games, you must have heard about World War 3. Released in October of 2018, the game lets players fight in real-world locations such as Berlin, Moscow, and Warsaw.
Developed and published by The Farm 51, it also features an advanced ballistics system, realistic vehicle physics, full-body awareness, and vast customization options.
However, various bugs and glitches such as poor audio, invite system not working and the infinite loading error have negatively affected the gameplay experience for many.
That being said, World War 3 players are now reporting (1,2,3,4,5) issues with the matchmaking system. Many say they are unable to find any matches even though they tried searching for hours on end.
Others say they have problems joining their friend’s lobby. Some are even complaining about matchmaking teaming up low-rank players with high-rank players. Users are frustrated and wondering what is happening with the game.
Generic solutions like restarting the game and verifying files from Steam do not seem to help. Here is what World War 3 players have to say about the matchmaking issues.
Thankfully, World War 3 developers have acknowledged the problem and said they are currently investigating issues with the matchmaking system. However, they did not share any timeframe on when it will be fixed.
We hope the developers find out the root cause of the problem and fix it as soon as possible. As always, we will be looking out for more information on the topic and update this space as and when required so make sure you stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
