Vudu is an American digital video store and streaming service with a wide catalogue of content that primarily consists of movies and TV shows.
The service is available on various platforms like mobile, console, Smart TVs, and even has a dedicated website.
However, users of the service are currently unable to access their favorite content as Vudu is currently down, not working or loading for them. It appears that the streaming service is currently going through an outage.
According to reports (1,2,3,4,5), the outage has been going on for about 6-7 hours. Users are unable to login into their Vudu accounts using the application or the website.
The outage is currently affecting all platforms including Android, iOS, Xbox, Smart TVs and even the Vudu website.
Unfortunately, the developers have not acknowledged the login issues or confirmed that Vudu is down or not working for its users.
As its most likely a server-related issue, there is no workaround to resolve the problem at the moment.
We hope the developers find out the root cause behind the outage and fix it as soon as possible. We’ll update the article to reflect the latest updates about this issue.
Update 1 (August 12)
01:51 pm (IST): The recent issue with Vudu has now been acknowledged by the support team and they are working to resolve it. However, there’s no ETA for the fix.

02:16 pm (IST): Vudu support on Twitter has informed users that the recent issue with their app has now been resolved.
