Here’s the crux of the article in video form:
New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on October 18, 2021) follows:
Far Cry 6 is the latest iteration of Ubisoft’s long-running Far Cry franchise released on October 7. This video game is available on various gaming platforms including Xbox, PlayStation, Stadia, and Windows.
Developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft, this FPS video game has reached plenty of gamers around the world. However, this game is also bothering many players due to various issues.
Ever since its launch, several gamers are bothered by different issues like black screen issues on Xbox, frame drops and audio issues, Snowshoe and Trapper error, and many others.
Well, that’s not all. There are some more issues bothering Far Cry 6 players. As per reports (1, 2, 3), issues with Triada Blessings, Boom missions in co-op mode and death loop are the new bugs in the game.
Triada Blessings is the treasure hunt through which players can get stealth armor, weapons, and amigo combinations in the game. But due to a glitch, gamers couldn’t complete this hunt.
According to a player, even when he had all three Relics, he wasn’t able to put them back in the original cave. Here, the interact function responsible for placing Relics is not responding.
On the other hand, some players are also facing issues in Boom Boom mission in co-op mode where they aren’t able to collect resources from corpses.
Fortunately, Ubisoft is aware of these bugs where gamers are unable to complete Triada Blessings and Boom Boom in co-op mode and is currently investigating them. Affected players can check here for more information.
Death loop issue in Far Cry 6
Another issue that players are facing with Far Cry 6 is where they are stuck in loop of death animation after auto save. Looking at multiple reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), this problem seems more widespread than the other two.
However, gamers can get out of this situation by reverting back to previous auto save that can be done with the help of another player. Although it sounds like a fix, it’s not something players can rely on every time.
This issue seems to bother players on PC or PlayStation as we haven’t come across the same with gamers on any other platforms.
Here are some reports for reference:
Meanwhile, it is good to see that Ubisoft Support has acknowledged the death loop issue in Far Cry 6. Support team also suggested the same workaround as mentioned above.
These kinds of issues are something that nobody would expect and we hope that Ubisoft fixes them soon. We will keep you updated.
