Ever since its release, Madden NFL 23 players have had to deal with a bunch of bugs and issues with the game.
For instance, issues like ‘Trade Block not working & Solo Battle progress resetting‘ and ‘Madden 23 reporting an unrealistic number of interceptions‘ created quite an inconvenience for many.
And now, it seems that Madden 23 is acting up again. Players are not getting Field Pass rewards even after completing various levels.
Madden NFL 23 competitive Field Pass rewards missing
Many Madden 23 players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) are reporting an issue where they are not able to get competitive Field Pass rewards.
According to reports, the issue has left some players unable to access the Field Pass in Ultimate Team. Sometimes, players find themselves completely stuck at level 2.
There was also a progression issue with the Field Pass in the recent past where Madden NFL 23 wouldn’t track levels. Luckily, a community manager acknowledged this issue which was later fixed.
Official acknowledgment and potential workaround
Fortunately, the developers have acknowledged the issue where Madden 23 competitive Field Pass rewards are missing.
As there is no ETA for a fix, affected players can try the following workaround for the time being.

Update 1 (September 02, 2022)

Update 2 (September 05, 2022)
09:43 am (IST): The support team on Twitter has confirmed that they have resolved the issue where players are not receiving competitive Field Pass rewards.
We are still working through delivering all missing Competitive Pass rewards to players and are currently targeting next week. (Source)
Update 3 (September 13, 2022)
11:56 am (IST): While the issue was resolved earlier, some players say that they still haven’t received their rewards or XP.
And in the recent response to one of those affected, EA support said that they are still investigating the bug.
Update 4 (October 17, 2022)
02:20 pm (IST): Recent reports (1,2,3) suggest that Madden 23 players are experiencing an issue where Field Pass is not showing or tracking progress after the season 2 update.
Fortunately, the developers have already acknowledged the issue and are working to resolve it.
Update 5 (October 18, 2022)
12:01 pm (IST): Despite the fact that Madden 23 developers released a patch for some platforms to address the issue, new reports indicate that it still persists (1,2,3).
Also, it appears that the Field Pass missions not tracking issue is leading to players being unable to level up in MUT (1,2,3).
Fortunately, the EA Help have already acknowledged the issue and said that they are currently investigating it.
Update 6 (October 19, 2022)
03:00 pm (IST): Due to the constantly rising amount of reports, Madden 23 developers have put the issue on “high priority” and are working to resolve it as fast as possible. However, they did not share an ETA for the fix.
