If you were wondering why you’re getting the error code P-DEV320 or the ‘We’re having trouble playing this’ message on Hulu, then you’re not alone.

Many Hulu subscribers over the past couple of hours haven’t been able to watch their favorite shows as they aren’t able to access anything on the platform due to the interruption.

Disgruntled users have taken to Twitter to report the problem. Here are a few reports for reference:

The error even prevents users from signing in to their accounts, let alone allowing one to consume content on the platform.

That said, this isn’t the first time the Hulu subscribers are having to deal with the error code P-DEV320 issue.

A few days ago, PS5 users with Hulu subscriptions were unable to view content on Hulu due to the error. However, the streaming service was working fine on other platforms.

But it seems rather than being fixed, the issue is now popping up on all platforms. Luckily, Hulu is already on top of the problem and have confirmed that all hands are on deck to fix it.

While Hulu’s support team hasn’t given a definitive ETA for a fix, it’s likely that it will be fixed sooner rather than later.

That said, we’ll post an update if and when there are any further developments regarding the error code P-DEV320 or ‘We’re having trouble playing this’ message on Hulu.

Update 1 (March 05)

01:05 pm (IST): Although Hulu acknowledged this issue months ago, users are still complaining about it. And yet, support says that they are investigating it.
