Destiny arrived in 2014 as a new franchise from Bungie (original creators of Halo). The game was thought of as a ‘service’ that would constantly receive new content.
Some years later Destiny 2 arrived as the direct sequel to the game. Like its predecessor, Destiny 2 is an FPS shooter-looter with an MMO style that seeks to offer a living world where there is always something to do.
The world of Destiny 2 is full of challenges, bosses, raids, and more. Being a shooter-looter, completing challenges successfully will offer better equipment, weapons, and items.
The Destiny franchise also inherits the gunplay experience seen in the original Halo games. This is one of the best-rated in the FPS game industry.
However, currently some players are facing a couple of issues. First, some are unable to access the game due to missing licenses. Also, others are experiencing a delay in their silver purchases (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
Destiny 2 missing licenses, delay in silver purchases
According to multiple reports, Destiny 2 licenses are suddenly missing for some players. This problem requires a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game if you want to play again (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).
Meanwhile, there is also an issue that directly impacts Silver (in-game currency). Apparently, the amount of Silver that some Destiny 2 players have is displayed incorrectly.
Players can purchase Silver with real money. But, some are facing an issue where the Silver purchased is significantly delayed.
Bungie team already aware
The Bungie team is already aware of both issues and is working on resolving them.
In the meantime, the company recommends that players do not attempt to purchase Silver while the glitch is present. In case they have bought Silver and it has not reached their accounts, it is advisable to avoid repeating the operation.
On the other hand, if your Silver amounts are displayed incorrectly, the company recommends resetting the game.

09:33 am (IST): Bungie support on Twitter has confirmed that the issue with missing licenses & delayed silver purchases has been resolved.
Update 2 (June 6)
11:20 am (IST): Many players are again reporting (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) missing licenses, delayed silver purchase, and incorrect Silver balance issues.
Fortunately, Bungie support on Twitter has acknowledged these issues and said that they are currently investigating them. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.

11:49 am (IST): Destiny 2 players are again facing issues with missing licenses and delayed silver purchases. However, Bungie support has acknowledged this issue and said that they are investigating it.
