Are you facing issues accessing TD Ameritrade website and app? Well, if yes, then you should know you are not alone. We’re seeing a lot of similar reports from users on social media platforms like Twitter. Take a look:

Here are some reports from the DownDetector service (which tracks outages like these):
This issue has been there for almost an hour now, and it’s now that we’re seeing the online broker’s social media channels acknowledging the problem. The good news is, there’s a workaround while the problem is being worked on.
So here you go, the issue is already being worked on, and the company has also shared a workaround which you can try out meanwhile. We’ll update the story as and when there’s any newsworthy development on the matter.

The online broker is down and not working again as clients are facing issues with the website and mobile application. Many individuals took to Twitter to report the problem.
Fortunately, TD Ameritrade confirmed that they’re aware of the situation and are working to fix it. The confirmation, however, does not come with an ETA for a resolution.
Update 4 (November 01, 2021)
Now TD Ameritrade has come out to note that the issue has since been resolved and account data has been updated.
Update 5 (November 03, 2021)
TD Ameritrade support, yet again, confirmed that the issues with the service have been resolved and is advising users to reach out to support via the phone in case they still can’t log in.
