12:40 pm (IST): It appears that Maybank’s app and website are down again. Many users have taken to Twitter to report the outage and are seeking an official response.
Update 3 (January 18)
04:08 pm (IST): Maybank has confirmed on Twitter the outage with the app has been resolved. And users can now carry out the transactions as usual.
