As per sources, Timothée Chalamet recently admitted that Leonardo DiCaprio was the one who gave him the famed “No hard drugs and no superhero movies” advice that went viral a few months ago during an interview with British Vogue. Timothee Chalamet is widely regarded as the next great Hollywood A-list actor, so it should come as no surprise that he has consulted those who have gone before him for guidance, including his co-star in Don’t Look Up, Leonardo DiCaprio.

Although Chalamet hasn’t played a superhero, he did in Dune and its planned sequel, a much bigger project than DiCaprio has ever been a part of. DiCaprio and Chalamet both have significant projects planned for the upcoming year. In Paul King’s Wonka and Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two, Chalamet will play Willy Wonka. DiCaprio will appear in Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Martin Scorsese, featuring Jesse Plemons, Robert De Niro, and Brendan Fraser.

We also came to know from the sources that Chalamet went solo on the cover of British Vogue for the first time in its 106-year history. Not that men haven’t appeared on the cover of the publication before; the first was actor and It-boy Helmut Berger, who appeared with Marisa Berenson in the July 1970 issue and was captured by David Bailey. In both his acting and personal lives, Timothée Chalamet embodies the modern man.
