The first track of the much-awaited movie Gangubai Kathiwadi has finally been here! Alia Bhatt glows in the song in a traditional boss lady look. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi is all set to hit the cinema on 25 February. Ahead of that, the marker has released the first track from the film today, February 10. “Dholida”, the song shows Alis Bhatt in a Bossy, and powerfully look.
The song Dholida is sung by Janhvi Shrimankar and Shail Hada. And the lyrics are written by Kumar. Alia Bhatt wrapped up the shooting Gangubai Kathiwadi on July 27 last year. Dholida is the first song from the film which has been released today. Dholida is a foot-tapping number that shows Alia in a white saree and bold make, and gajra in her hair. She made her entry by walking in the centre and dancing with other women. She is seen to perform some powerful steps.
Gangubai Kathiawadi is a biographical crime drama based on Hussain Zaidi’s book, The Mafia Queens of Mumbai. Helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film is produced by Jayantilal Gada. Alongside Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgan, and Shantanu Maheshwari had also made an appearance in the film. This film narrates the story of a woman named Ganga, which is played by Alia Bhatt, who become a madame named Gangubai in the red light area of Kamathipura. The story shows how she rose to power, fights from different challenges. The Gangubai Kathiwadi trailer introduced Alia as a respected and commanding woman. She even contests election against arch-rival, played by another brothel owner Raiyabai who has been played by Vijay Raaz.
