Boycott 83 is trending on twitter because late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans are calling for the film’s boycott. Ranveer was allegedly seen mocking Sushant in a chips TVC which was released last year. Sushant’s love for physics was well known and some of his fans were annoyed by the ad featuring Ranveer, which they found disrespectful. In the ad, which was for a fried snack brand, Ranveer deals with nosy elders by spouting off complex physics terms in a gibberish sentence. Sushant’s fans saw it as “mocking” their idol. Also some Sushant’s fans are comparing Ranveer’s Kapil Dev role to late Sushant Singh Rajput’s MS Dhoni role. Some people say that it’s better to watch the 1983 match at home and relive the memory of this win than to bring an anti-national diligence by watching this film. Nothing is better than the original. Some netizens says that ignoring and bycotting druggie actors is important.
