Zerodha, which claims to be “India’s first discount broker offering the lowest, cheapest brokerage rates in the industry,” is currently down, with “gateway timeout” error greeting users.
Going by reports, both Zerodha website and app are not working at the moment. Specifically, users are experiencing login issues via kite, which the company describes as its “fast and elegant flagship trading platform.”

As you can see, many complaints indicate the service has been experiencing frequent issues due to which users are quite upset.

For its part, the company’s Twitter account has said they are looking into the problem, and it should be fixed soon.
In fact, Zerodha is quite actively conveying this to its affected users.
