She has stated that Johnny won the court case because of the social media which impacted the jury members against her. However, Johnny’s attorneys denied this statement that the social media impacted any changes on the verdict. Johnny Depp too stated that he clearly understands the power of social media platforms but it can’t affect jury’s decision, no matter what.
Alternatively, attorneys said that it’s Amber Heard’s statement that hurt her and she lost the case with the jury. Consequently, their plan was to use Amber’s own words against her by carefully framing tricky questions based on her previous wordings. By this, everything was revealed and showed the jury all they needed to know about Amber.
