While Prime Video has a pretty decent user base, several users have been facing an issue with the service lately.
This is inconveniencing users as the error is occurring even though no VPN or internet proxy is in use.
Also, the lack of workarounds for this issue is further complicating things for users as they are unable to use the service by any means.
That said, we will report back with more details as and when we get new information to share so stay tuned.

Our technical team reported that this issue was resolved. If you are still having trouble with this error message on Prime Video, please reboot the device and try again (Source)
