Even though this is not the very first time the Neil Gaiman comics have been filmed, The Sandman on Netflix has emerged as the most popular of all owing to Neil’s direct involvement. The celebrity spoke candidly with the media regarding the likelihood of a second season.

The Sandman Season 1 on Netflix created the fantasy setting in which the stories take place, enabling some more stories and less explanation in the future. Even though The Sandman Season 2 isn’t yet a certainty on Netflix, the hit series’ developers are ready to start working on it.

Here is all the information we currently have regarding The Sandman Season 2.

Plot

Heinberg claims that Season 2 will follow The Sandman comics rather closely if you are familiar with them. He told Rolling Stone that they would primarily follow the chronological chronology of the books, emphasizing that they were removing many of the stand-alone episodes out of there and incorporating them into the main story regardless of where they were in the comics. Tales in the Sand, which occurs very early in The Doll’s House narrative in the comic books, is a brilliant example. And that would feature in Season 2’s Season of Mists plot.
