Flipkart user called out Flipkart for a delayed refund. Jayant Meena tweeted “I’m gonna to take suicide because Flipkart making me feel to do this they are not giving me money and giving me time from 21st December 2022″

This Flipkart user cancelled his order but did not receive a refund after cancellation. His refund request was rejected multiple times by the app. After so many cancelled refund requests he finally called out Flipkart with his tweet.

In his tweet, he posted a screen recording of the app showing multiple cancelled refund requests. And how his money is stuck since 21st December 2022. In the comment section of this tweet, some people called out tweeter for looting people’s money.

To this Flipkart apologised to the customer for the inconvenience and assured him to resolve his issue as soon as possible. Flipkart replied “We understand that you’re waiting for a communication from our end. Be assured, we’re working on the issue raised. Request you to allow us some more time so that we can sort this out for you. Appreciate your patience.”
